General terms and conditions

The following terms apply to contracts between MCR Ottensen Consulting e.K. and its clients.

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Subject of the contract

The subject is the provision of software, consulting and AI services in accordance with the respective offer or individual agreement.

3. Client cooperation

The client provides the information, access and contacts required for the provision of services in good time.

4. Remuneration

The remuneration stated in the offer applies. Unless otherwise agreed, billing is based on time and effort.

5. Liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions. For slight negligence, liability applies only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

6. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
